McKaela Doherty

McKaela Doherty leads the Cybersecurity Center of Excellence for Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). Her organization is responsible for strategically connecting cybersecurity expertise across the company, showcasing HPE’s cybersecurity capabilities externally through thought leadership and customer engagement, providing subject matter expertise to business teams, and establishing strong security habits amongst HPE’s workforce. She also leads talent programs that recruit, develop and upskill staff. McKaela has served in a variety of leadership positions with HPE over the past 10 years, most recently leading brand creative and global advertising. McKaela is a mom of three, podcast junkie and travel lover.
